Law Enforcement and Abuse Requests

1. Abuse Reports
Report phishing, malware, scams, spam, impersonation, unsafe redirects, illegal content, privacy-invasive tracking, or other abuse through the Help Center or by emailing admin@shorturl.bot.
Include the short link, QR code, hosted page, form URL, domain, destination URL, screenshots, timestamps, why it is abusive, and your contact information. We may not be able to act on incomplete reports.
2. Emergency Reports
If you believe there is an immediate threat to life, physical safety, or child safety, contact local emergency services first. You may also send urgent context to us through the contact channels above and clearly mark it as an emergency. We may preserve records, disable access, or contact authorities where required or permitted by law.
3. Law-Enforcement and Legal Process
Law-enforcement agencies and government authorities should send legal process, preservation requests, and emergency disclosure requests to admin@shorturl.bot. Requests should identify the requesting agency, officer or official, authority, legal basis, target account, short link, domain, page, form, API key if known, date range, requested records, and return contact information.
We review requests for facial validity, jurisdiction, scope, and consistency with applicable law. We may object to, narrow, or refuse requests that are invalid, overbroad, unclear, informal, or inconsistent with law.
4. Preservation
We may preserve available records for a limited period upon valid request while legal process is obtained. Preservation does not guarantee that any specific data exists or will be disclosed.
5. User Notice
We may notify affected users about legal requests unless prohibited by law, court order, emergency circumstances, risk of harm, risk to an investigation, or our policies. We may delay notice where appropriate.
6. Enforcement Outcomes
Depending on the report and available evidence, we may block, disable, redirect, suspend, delete, preserve, escalate, or take no action. We do not guarantee any specific outcome and may not disclose details that would compromise safety, privacy, or investigations.
