Can I start on Free and move later without migration?

Yes. You can start on Free and upgrade to Go, Plus, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise without changing existing links.

Why would I choose yearly billing?

Annual billing charges 10 months for the full year, saving up to 17% for teams with ongoing campaigns.

When should I contact sales?

Use Contact sales when you need custom limits, custom retention, or an operating model beyond the published plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel via Settings > Billing anytime. You keep full access until the current billing period ends.

Do you offer refunds?

See our Refund Policy for details. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once submitted for processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or wire transfer.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your links keep working. Assets and data beyond the new plan limits are restricted according to the downgraded plan; excess pages, forms, domains, and conversion configs may be unpublished or inactivated by policy.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial needed — the Free plan is yours to keep permanently. Upgrade only when you need more links, domains, or team seats.
