1. Scope
These Domain Registration Terms apply when you search for, register, renew, transfer, restore, manage, or receive a domain through ShortURL.bot. They supplement the Terms of Service and Refund, Billing, and Cancellation Policy.
2. Upstream Rules
Domain services are provided through upstream registrars, registries, ICANN rules where applicable, DNS providers, and domain-data providers. By using domain services, you agree to comply with all applicable upstream terms, registry policies, ICANN policies, dispute policies, and law.
3. Availability, Pricing, and Premium Domains
Domain search results, availability, pricing, fees, taxes, renewal prices, premium status, and registration eligibility are not guaranteed until the upstream provider confirms the transaction. Prices may change between search and checkout. We may reject, cancel, or reverse an order if the domain is unavailable, restricted, priced incorrectly, blocked, subject to policy restrictions, or rejected by an upstream provider.
4. Registrant Data
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registrant, administrative, technical, billing, and contact information. You authorize us to share that information with registrars, registries, ICANN, escrow providers, verification providers, law enforcement, regulators, and other parties as required or permitted for domain services.
Failure to provide accurate information, respond to verification requests, or keep data current may result in domain suspension, cancellation, transfer lock, loss, or other registry or registrar action.
5. Auto-Renewal and Payment
Managed domains may auto-renew by default to reduce the risk of losing a domain. You authorize recurring domain-renewal charges to your payment method while auto-renewal is enabled. You must disable auto-renewal before the renewal processing window if you do not want the domain renewed.
If payment fails, we may retry payment, disable auto-renewal, let the domain expire, or restrict related services. We are not responsible for domain loss caused by failed payment, expired payment method, late cancellation, inaccurate contact data, or missed notices.
6. Non-Refundable Domain Fees
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, redemption, premium-domain, registrar, registry, ICANN, and related fees are generally non-refundable once submitted for processing, even if the domain is later unused, misspelled, transferred away, suspended, deleted, disputed, or no longer needed.
7. Transfers, Deletions, and Disputes
Transfers, deletions, contact updates, DNS changes, locks, and restorations may be delayed, restricted, irreversible, or unavailable under upstream rules. You are responsible for disputes involving your domains, including trademark, ownership, UDRP, URS, court, registrar, registry, or law-enforcement disputes.
8. Suspension and Termination
We or upstream providers may suspend, lock, disable, delete, transfer, or refuse service for domains that violate law, upstream rules, our Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, payment requirements, verification requirements, or abuse-prevention requirements.
9. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any domain will remain available, active, transferable, renewable, or free from dispute. We are not liable for registry changes, registrar action, pricing changes, DNS errors, renewal failures, disputes, or loss of domain value except to the extent liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Contact
Domain questions can be sent through the Help Center or to admin@shorturl.bot.
